Who works for Mediobanca?

We currently employ 548 people, 13% of which in force abroad. The average age of our workforce is around 38. Our staffing profile has undergone major and widespread changes in recent years, with more than half our current workforce coming on board since 2000. The average age of this new intake is roughly 32, and 35% of them are women. Most of our graduates took degrees in economics-related disciplines, and around 65% graduated from universities in Milan.

Who are we looking for?

Mediobanca recruits outstanding graduates from Italian universities throughout the year. We are mainly interested in people with first-class degrees in economics-related disciplines, with top marks and a regular study pattern.

Graduates looking for a career in Mediobanca must have excellent interpersonal skills, an appetite for hard work, be able to take responsibility and work as part of a team. Discretion and professionalism are the hallmarks of our staff.

Internship Corporate Finance
Job description:
The successful candidate will support the Corporate finance and Lending and structured finance teams in carrying out financial analysis and in structuring transactions. The position will be filled on an internship basis.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics.
Experience:
A period of study at a university abroad or an internship in any major financial institution would be an asset.
Specific areas of expertise:
Indepth knowledge of corporate finance and financial accounting.
Language skills:
Fluent spoken and written Italian and English. Some knowledge of another foreign language would also be desirable.
IT skills:
Must be familiar with all major Windows applications.
