Mediobanca adopts a traditional model of governance based on principles of correctness and transparency, the objective of which is to ensure the requisite balance between management and supervisory functions and create value for shareholders.

The Bank’s corporate governance is based on the general and special regulations in force, its own Articles of Association and Code of Ethics, the recommendations contained in the Code of Conduct for listed companies operated by Borsa Italiana and the best practices at national and international level.
