Mediobanca hereby gives notice that following its downgrade to the ratings for the Republic of Italy, subsequently extended to Italian banks as well, ratings agency Standard & Poor’s has reduced Mediobanca’s long- and short-term rating from “A/A-1” to “BBB+/A-2”. Negative outlook confirmed.
