Goglio group acquires Cofibox

The Goglio group, leader in the Italian flexible packaging industry, has acquired Cofibox S.r.l. from the Lavazza group.


Cofibox manufactures and sells multilayered printed film for packaging coffee. Its sales in 2000 were over ? 25m, and it has around 100 employees.


The Goglio group produces flexible packaging and automatic packaging machines. Its sales in 2000 were more than ? 200m, and its workforce numbers around 1,000.
