A consortium led by Save and Manutencoop Bologna has been awarded a 40% stake in Medie Stazioni S.p.A. as part of plans by the Italian State Railways to refurbish 103 medium-sized railway stations throughout Italy.


Mediobanca acted as financial advisor to the consortium in this bid.
