With reference to the global offering of Diasorin S.p.A. shares, notice is hereby given that on 17 August 2007, the Joint Global Coordinators Mediobanca and UBS Investment Bank have exercised the greenshoe option involving 1.431.262 shares.
The acquisition price for shares covered by the greenshoe option was € 12.25 per share, equal to that provided for under the terms of the global offering, for a total of € 17,53 m.
Transfer and payment of the shares will take place on 22 August 2007.
Accordingly, the global offering including the greenshoe option involved a total of 20.431.262 Diasorin shares, equal to 40.86% of the company’s share capital, for a total of € 250,28 m.
