As part of its mid-corporate platform, Mediobanca has launched a programme of direct investment in the risk capital of a limited number of medium-sized companies which have been carefully selected and are covered by their own team.

The programme is intended to meet the rising demand from quality medium-sized companies for equity investment, as they look for structural forms of financing for transactions to grow and consolidate, based on a flexible, value-oriented investment approach.
